I used Book of Moon on a dandy token.However tokens cannot be face-down, so i cannot target it with book of moon.You flipped your token face down, meaning you do not know the ruling

(-2) Guardian Sphinx card lore
You returned all your monsters to your hand when i flipped it face-down.Its effect activates only when it is flipped summoned not when flipped face-down

-(-2) Several times you forgot to special summon your own treeborn frog.Be aware of the field and grave conditions every turn so that you can use all your power

(-2) Treeborn Frog card lore
Another mistake with our little froggie friend, whilist you had a face down spell/trap you special summoned him..i am sure you know the ruiling but you just weren't aware of the field/

-(2) Forgetting to shuffle
You forgot to shuffle 2 times, make sure you shuffle every time you search your deck so that you wiill not gain advantage by knowing which cards you will draw

-(-2) Chain ruling
You summoned jinzo and in response of his summon i chained bottonless trap hole..
When you chain a trap at jinzo's summon his effect is not active yet, meaning traps can be activated

(-2) Mind Control card lore
You used mind contol on one of my monsters and you tributed it for caius!Mind control's effect states that the monster you controlled cannot be used as a tribute..

-(-2)Fossil Dyna Pachycephalos card lore
It was flipped face-up and you did not destroy your cyber dragon who was special summoned

Well first of all your deck had 45 cards! It is better to keep the number of cards in your deck close to 40 to have more possibilities to draw the cards you won't.Also i didn't see a theme in your deck..just a bunch of good cards and there were some cards that can be replaced by better cards (f.e Dark Resonator)
