There are some hard rules to be in this dorm.

This dorm is the best one. Only the best duelists will be here.

-You must have at least 100 posts.
-You must have 200% experiance.
-You must be in obelisk blue dorm.
-You must have at least 1000 duel points.

If you have all them you can ask an adminstrator to test you. If you passed the test then he will ask you 5 yugioh questions , if you pass them all youll be the top duelist of this academy and in Forbidden dorm of course.
